• Student Medication Request / Record

  Where possible student medication should be self-administered by the student or administered by parents at home at times other than during school hours. As this is not possible in all instances, should the Principal of the school is to give approval for the school staff to administer or supervise the administration of medication to a student, then the following requirements must be met.
